Spacious Yoga
Spacious Yoga
Spacious Yoga studio exclusively teaches Ashtanga yoga under the guidance of owner and yogi, Iain Grysak.
Using the Mysore method – where you learn a sequence and repeat it at your own pace within the class at least 6 days a week – it is a great place for beginners and pros to practice together. It gives you the opportunity to perfect your technique with assistance from the teacher.
If you already know the sequence, you can join one of the daily Mysore style classes. Alternatively, throw yourself into the practice with one of the 2 week or 4 week courses. It will help you develop your understanding of the movements to move more effectively and with purpose. This is the ideal course for those interested in expanding their knowledge.
I would definitely recommend this studio to the more advanced yogi who is looking for a new challenge, and to learn a different type of yoga. You can follow up by relaxing your muscles with a Balinese massage at one of the best spas in Ubud.
