I love Therapy Spa for its bright and easy design. Covered in murals of mandalas, it is the perfect combination of Balinese and minimalist style.
Hidden away in a quiet area of Echo Beach, it is ideally located to remain close to the centre of town yet escape the busy streets.
Therapy Spa has a menu packed with pampering treatments to relax your muscles and give you some me-time. Have your feet massaged to the heavens during some reflexology, knead away the knots in a choice of their signature massages, wash away the dirt with a facial or bask in a cream bath. Thanks to their huge variety, it is a great place to head with your family and friends for a relaxing day where everyone can enjoy their favourite session.
I would personally recommend Therapy Spa for reflexology – you may come out limping, but it will really make a difference.

After long days of sitting at my desk, typing away, I can sometimes feel a bit heavy in my legs – perhaps, because I am never sat properly.. Body Temple Spa offers a THALGO treatment for that exact problem! It includes a massage and marine cool wrap around the legs, with a combination of seaweed, menthol and active ingredients which encourages blood flow, boosts circulation and can help to eliminate excessive fluid. A dream for any digital nomad who works curled up on a bean bag.
If you are a member of the recreation club, or just a guest, you can take advantage of the incredible offerings available at the spa and spend some time chill-axing after a day of exploring the club’s facilities.

I’m a sucker for reflexology – if you haven’t already guessed – and the hour long session at Vishaka is only IDR150,000! The specialist will be able to tap into tensions and tiredness on the bottom of your feet to have you feeling revived and refreshed in no time.

This may be cheating slightly, as Aliya Spa is in Umalas – on the outskirts of Canggu – but I had to mention it as it is my all-time favourite spa in Canggu. The friendly staff make each experience and treatment a dream, where you can fall asleep and wake up rejuvenated.
Try out the signature facial and, of course, the reflexology. With the low calm music, natural scents and ginger tea, it’s an experience that can’t go wrong.
Final Thoughts
Well, I certainly know where I am heading for my next treatments. An anti-pollution facial in Sofia Spa, a THALGO treatment in Body Temple, ending up at Aliya for my favourite reflexology – who’s in??
With such a wide variety of treatments, spas and techniques, Canggu has so much to try.
Each of these spas have extensive menus filled with something to pamper you from head-to-toe – I even saw some finger waxing in there.
